Refund Policy
Liability Release: The Attendee acknowledges that participation in the event involves certain risks and hazards. By attending the event, the Attendee agrees to release Beautiful Experiences and Sharon's Beauty Empire, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, loss, damage, or injury sustained during or arising from the event.
Acknowledgment of Risks: The Attendee acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and are aware of the risks involved. The Attendee agrees to take full responsibility for any harm, injury, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in the event.
All Sales Are Final: The Attendee understands and agrees that all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizers.
Event Modifications: The Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at their discretion. In the event of modification, the Organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify the Attendee in advance.
Photography and Video: The Attendee agrees to be photographed and/or recorded during the event. The Organizers reserve the right to use any photographs or recordings for promotional purposes.
Indemnification: The Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Beautiful Experiences and Sharon's Beauty Empire, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the Attendee's participation in the event.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado.
By signing below, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Reimbursement Policy: In the event that the Organizers cancel the event, the Attendee will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the ticket price. No other reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances.
